Who we are
We are a small, independent service set up to help Israeli residents book appointments at the Ministry of Interior (passports, ID cards, and more) without having to fight the fully booked calendar on the official website. We are not a government body, an agency, or an authorized third party – we simply save you the time and frustration of daily-checking for slots that open up.
How it works
- Fill in a short form with your details, the appointment type, preferred branches, and the desired urgency level.
- Our team monitors available and cancelled slots in the Ministry of Interior's system according to your requirements.
- As soon as a matching appointment is found, we book it and update you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Payment for the service is made only after the appointment has actually been booked – not before.
Transparency and trust
This service is not operated by the Ministry of Interior and is not affiliated with it in any way, nor does it represent any other government body. All payments and communication take place directly between us and you, and the details you leave are used only to coordinate your appointment.
